Since its establishment, Futaba Chemical has promoted the use of purifiers for water, air, oil, and other substances. In recent years, Futaba Chemical has further contributed to the SDGs by promoting the following products in addition to those listed above.
● We are helping to improve sanitation and to reduce the environmental impact of our company by promoting the use of activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, chlorinated compounds, and other products that purify air and water.
● Spreading clean energy by supplying raw materials for EV batteries.
● We are coordinating to the promotion of the industrial waste recycling (conversion to cement raw materials, refueling, and civil engineering materials) which contributes to the creation of livable communities and preservation of the richness of our oceans and our land.
● We are helping to promote plant-based meat and okara (edible and industrial use) to reduce the environmental impact and solve protein crisis.
● We are contributing to make people’s lives more nutritionally rich by contributing to the spread of the raw materials for powdered milk called nucleic acid.
● We are practicing sustainable and efficient use of natural resources by promoting the spread of oil-cleaning products (activated white clay etc.) and the effective use of waste oil and related waste materials that are no longer needed.
● We are helping to address the issues of poverty and reduce environmental burdens by switching to banana paper for our business cards used throughout the company.
● We are contributing to the environment by supplying biomass and biodegradable raw materials and promoting the products manufactured from them.
● We are also participating in SDGs promotion activities promoted by Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture.
